The McNeill team was Ian McNeill, Richard Atkinson, Andy Bramley, Mike Sutton, Lester Wilson, Mike Briercliffe and newcomers Dick Bennett and Roy Zaifert

Sadly Lester was unable to play having been struck by a golf ball and injured a shoulder, and Roy was struck down ill the night before, so the event went ahead with two of the fourballs played as singles with one McNeill party taking on two Dorrell's as singles.

The result was Dorrell 3, McNeill 5, so McNeills take home the trophy.

Dorrell Team was Rob, Dave, Chris, Ken, Martyn, Barry, Bob and Mike.

Overall score is now McNeill 14, Dorrell 13.
